Refund policy

Warranty

All products sold on To The Hour come with a minimum warranty of 30 days after purchase. This includes any breakages or defects in workmanship.

Many products we sell are also covered by an extended warranty. These are covered below.

Please note that our warranty does not cover any damage to items stored inside cases.

Foam Inserts

The foam inserts that go into our watch cases are covered for one year, from the date of purchase, against breakages or defects in workmanship. Please note: due to material properties, the standard tolerance for foam is +/- 2mm. In instances where the size of foam or foam pockets are within this tolerance, it does not constitute breakage or defects in workmanship.

Peli™ Cases

All Peli™ cases sold by To The Hour are covered by the Peli Lifetime Guarantee. These cases are covered against breakages, forever. The guarantee becomes void if the case is physically changed or altered by the customer. Please note that any foam inserts that may be sold inside a Peli case are covered by their own warranties as described above, but not the Lifetime Guarantee.
