One year warranty
Enigma, Elements and Vault watch inserts are covered by an extended 12 month warranty. If in the rare instance these products should fail in the first 12 months of ownership, under normal use, these products are covered.
Please note: due to material properties, the standard tolerance for foam is +/- 2mm. In instances where the size of foam or foam pockets are within this tolerance, it does not constitute breakage or defects in workmanship.
Legal
Peli™ injection moulded cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 1 meter (3.3 feet) for 30 minutes (IP 67) if properly closed with undamaged o-ring in place unless otherwise stated. To the extent permitted by law, Peli Products (UK) Ltd’s liability is limited to the case and not the owner’s case contents.
Peli™ will either repair or replace any broken or defective part or case, at their sole option (excludes internal foam inserts). to the extent permitted by law, the remedies hereby provided shall be the exclusive and sole remedy of the purchaser. to the extent permitted by law: (a) this warranty is in lieu of all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose; and (b) all other implied warranties and any liability not based upon contract are hereby disclaimed and excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Peli be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or special damages, regardless of whether a claim for such damages is based on warranty, contract, negligence or otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Peli Products (UK) Ltd’s liability to the purchaser for damages hereunder exceed the purchase price of the case in respect of which damages are claimed.
Any warranty claims shall be made by the purchaser as soon as practicable. In the event that it is determined the product is defective within the terms of this warranty, To the Hour will inform the customer whether the product will be repaired or replaced, at its sole option. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the case has been altered or in any way physically changed.
The customer is laiable for any costs incurred when shipping an item to or from the UK for repair.
Some countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country. Consumers have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods. This guarantee does not affect those rights.
