What is To The Hour?

To The Hour is a brand that is dedicated to providing rugged, protective cases for watches. The UK assembled cases are composed of two main elements; a military-spec, crushproof, waterproof Peli™ case, and a shock absorbing foam insert that is designed to ensure watches are safe and secure whilst in transit or storage.  

What is a Peli™ case?

Peli is a world-renowned brand of watertight hard cases, manufactured by Peli™, with Copolymer Polypropylene, using an open cell core and solid wall construction, ensuring maximum robustness and resilience.

Every Peli™ case used by To The Hour is waterproof, dustproof, crushproof and virtually indestructible. Peli™ are so confident in the quality of their cases that each one is covered by the famous Peli™ Lifetime Guarantee, meaning if the case should break, it will be repaired or replaced for free, for life.

Are these Pelican™ cases?

In short, yes. The Peli brand is known as Pelican outside of Europe. The company is the same, and the cases are manufactured exactly the same.

Can I buy the inserts on their own?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday-Friday will usually be delivered within 2-5 working days. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next working day.

Shipping times on international orders can vary quite widely. The service we use aims to deliver within 2-7 working days once shipped, however due to customs and any country-specific delays it can take up to 1 month.

The cost of shipping varies depending on the contents of your basket and the destination. The best way to get the price, is simply to add the products to your cart and go to checkout. You can also read more about our shipping policy here.

Please note we ship from the UK, and some international customers may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duty.

How can I pay?

You can pay using a debit or credit card in GBP, USD or EUR. If you need to change the currency, you can do so using the button at the bottom of every page.

We also accept Google Pay and Apply Pay. To see the Apple Pay button in your checkout, you must be using Safari on iOS 12.1 or macOS 10.14.1.
