Apples much anticipated iPhone 14 and Apple watch release arrived on the 7th September and we were seriously impressed! Besides the usual improved retina display and camera quality, the product that caught our eye was, of course, the new Apple Watch Ultra.
Alongside the Apple Watch Ultra Apple released the following new products:

The iPhone 14 Pro features a new deep purple colour option and uses 100% recycled gold wire in all its cameras to reduce the mining of precious resources.
The new iPhone 14 features its usual 6.1-inch model, as well as an iPhone 14 plus 6.7-inch model. It comes in 5 colours: Blue, Purple, Midnight, Starlight, and Red (Product Red).
Not to mention the iPhone 14 Plus has the best battery life ever, lasting up to a whopping 26 hours!
We’ve had a look at the 3 new Apple smart watch releases and picked out our favourite:
Apple Watch SE
The Apple Watch SE starts at £259 making it the ‘budget’ watch of the range.
It features include:
• Swim proof
• High and low heart rate notifications
• Cycle Tracking
• Emergency SOS – including international emergency calling, fall detection, crash detection
The watch itself comes in 3 colours and is ideal for those wanting a simple smart watch.
Apple Watch Series 8
The new Series 8 Apple Watch starts at £419 and comes in 8 colours!
Our favourite feature of this smart watch was Apple’s collaboration with Hermes. Although not for everyone, this unique collaboration features the iconic Hermes chain.
Their other strap types include, Solo Loop, Braided Solo Loop and Nike Sport Band, just to name a few. The unique part about this newly released smart watch is that you can truly customise it to yourself and your style.

Apple Watch Ultra
We saved the best till last with the new Apple Watch Ultra. The most rugged and capable Apple watch ever. Starting at £849, this watch is built with adventure in mind.
This new release features a robust titanium case, precision dual frequency GPS, 36 hours of battery life, and three specialised straps to suit various activities.
What makes this watch a cut above the rest is that Apple really have thought of everything. They created a larger digital crown, and the side button is raised from the case making it easier to use whilst wearing gloves. This addition, paired with its ability to withstand temperatures between –20 degrees and 55 degrees, makes the watch ideal for extreme sports or winter expeditions.
Some of the other features include:
• In low light situations the watch can be rotated to activate Night-Mode which will see the watch face turn a vivid red.
• A siren built in that emits an 86-decibel sound pattern to attract help. - Which can be heard up to 180 meters away.
• 36 hr battery life
• Oceanic+ app which creates a dive ‘computer’ on your wrist
